Please forward questions to LASC’s Production Manager, Rebecca Voss at rebecca.lasc@gmail.com.
Roles: All roles are currently open. We’re looking for a diverse troupe of strong singer/dancer/storytellers as part of an ensemble of 15 actors. Can you hold your harmony if you’re the only one singing your part? Are you able to take choreography and make it your own while still maintaining the group visual? Do you play well with others and want to have a good time? Can you charm the audience to have a good time? This may be the show for you!
Pronouns are listed below based on the character’s assigned choral line (SATB). Vocal ranges are included for those who have solos. We are not utilizing a children’s chorus in this production, so female presenting voices will also sing the children’s chorus parts in the score. Most castmembers will play multiple characters. LASC aims to practice culturally conscious and diverse casting in its productions and does not discriminate based on race, color, creed, sex, gender, religion, age, marital or veteran’s status, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, or genetics. We encourage anyone that would like to audition to do so for any part they feel they could play and take risks, as we have the opportunity for nontraditional casting with this show. Thank you in advance for joining us for auditions!
