Auction Rules/Guidelines

• Auction will be available for online bidding starting Friday, September 25, 2026.  Online bidding ends at NOON Friday, October 2, 2026.  Auction closes at the end of the Gala Friday Oct 2 evening.
• You will need to create an account with the auction tool to submit a bid
• For some items, you can submit a “max” bid, and if someone else bids against you, the auction tool will automatically up your bid to the next increment, and will continue doing so until your max bid is reached.  It will NOT publish your max bid for others to see.
• Some items have a “buy-now” option where you pay a premium, at which point you then own the item and  the auction is closed for that item
• Bidding will also be available at the Gala on paper bid sheets on October 2 and the auction will close at the end of the Gala.  If you are committed to an item, please join us for the Follies show on Oct 2 and attend the Gala and live bidding, or submit a Max bid.
• If you are uncomfortable bidding online, please TEXT to Jenny Hood (650-787-2993) and she’ll will enter the bid on your behalf – be sure to include your name, email and phone # to reach you if we have questions, and we will confirm back via text once the bid is entered.
• Payment and basket pickup will be coordinated by Los Altos Stage Company Box Office. They will contact you for payment, and then arrange a pickup time at the Box Office.
